This three-day virtual instructor-led workshop for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) was developed to onboard newly hired officers preparing for postings in Nunavut communities. Facilitated over Microsoft Teams, the training leveraged features such as polls and breakout rooms to promote engagement and discussion. The program included structured facilitation materials, case studies, and videos designed to build cultural awareness, encourage reflection, and support respectful engagement with Northern and Indigenous communities.
