I created this Rise module to show how I approach designing learning that focuses on what people need to do on the job, not just what they need to know. I organized the content into a clear flow from context to application, using scenarios, sorting activities, and knowledge checks to reflect real decisions employees might face. I was intentional about cutting down content and focusing on what actually matters, rather than overwhelming learners with information. The module also reflects how I work with stakeholders to clarify goals, shape content, and make design choices that support real outcomes. Within the constraints of Rise, the result is a practical, scenario-based experience that’s focused and easy to navigate.
