Design Process: Financial Advisor Training

This project was developed as part of a learning experience design interview for TD Bank, where I created a scenario-based eLearning module to help financial advisors navigate difficult client conversations. Grounded in a needs analysis and clear learning outcomes, the solution follows a “Prepare–Practice–Apply” model and culminates in an interactive branching scenario built in Articulate Storyline. The design emphasizes empathetic communication, realistic client interactions, and low cognitive load, while aligning with TD’s brand and leveraging existing resources to create a practical, scalable learning experience.
