This branching scenario, created in Storyline, explores how to manage a difficult client request in a realistic workplace context. Learners move through multiple decision points, seeing how choices play out and receiving targeted feedback along the way. The goal is to build sound decision-making skills, not simply label complex situations as right or wrong. While I used a more classic visual style for this project, the same approach could easily be adapted to a more modern look and feel.
